Miner got dramatic hashrate improvement for CPU!
GUI Miner updates:
- Hashrate is greatly improved (up to 3x) for non-AES-NI capable CPU
Hashrate is very important to mining. If you are not sure what it is, here is an explanation from bitcoin.org.
The hashrate is the measuring unit of the processing power of the network. The network must make intensive mathematical operations for security purposes. When the network reached a hash rate of 10 Th/s, it meant it could make 10 trillion calculations per second.
Th/s is an enormous calculating power. Usually, a home computer produces much fewer calculations. For example, if you have a powerful video card, you can reach about 300 H/s. However, this is considered rather good for CryptoNote-based coins that we have here at MinerGate.
