I have made a withdrawal, but the money never arrived. The withdrawal’s status in MinerGate transaction history is ‘finished’.

Status ‘finished’ usually means that this transaction is finished on MinerGate and the money has been sent to Freewallet successfully.  

If you haven't received your funds, kindly contact Freewallet support team with your e-mail address and the details of the transaction (date, currency and amount). Make sure to tell them that your transaction was sent from MinerGate.
