I never requested any password changes, yet I have received an email

First of all, make sure that the message you received is really from MinerGate. Compare it to other messages that you have received before. You might contact MinerGate Support and share your doubts (don’t forget to provide screenshots of the suspicious message).

If you are sure that the message is from MinerGate, ignore it and DO NOT follow the link.

Wait for the message to expire (24 hours, as always) and in the meantime make sure to enhance the security of your account (add 2FA, e-mail confirmation, change password; also log out of all sessions)
