I have made a transfer to another account, but the coins never reached the recipient. The transfer’s status in MinerGate transaction history is ‘finished’.
Check if you had spelled the recipient’s address correctly. Quite obvious, but worth checking anyway. If you notice any mistakes, please report the situation to MinerGate Support team.
If the recipient’s address is correct and it is your own second account in MinerGate (you have been transferring money between your own accounts), log into the recipient’s account and check all the balances carefully. You should also check the transaction history of this account. If you are still sure that the money never arrived, please make screenshots of recipient account’s balance and transaction history and provide them to MinerGate support team along with the detailed description of the situation.
If the address is correct, and you do not own the recipient’s account, contact a person that you transferred money to and ask him to make screenshots of his balances and transaction history. Once your friend gets the screenshots, provide them to MinerGate support team along with the detailed description of the situation. Once again, the more info, the better.
