I can not withdraw my funds, always getting a ‘Service is temporarily not available’ error message. What does it mean?
Please proceed to the Service Health and see if withdrawals are available for the currency that you’ve set your eyes onto.
If there is an ‘Offline’ red marker in the Withdrawals column of your currency, then withdrawals and transactions are currently disabled for this currency and you will not be able to withdraw until they are enabled again.
If there is an ‘Online’ marker in the Withdrawals column of your currency, then your account might be temporarily blocked. Contact MinerGate Support team to investigate the issue and get it resolved.
